DUNCAN, JONES, GUNN I am looking for information on a George DUNCAN of Hawksbury who died in 1888 and bequeathed property etc to Mary JONES (nee GUNN) also of Hawksbury (Waikouaiti). Also mentioned was a John DUNCAN of Cherry Farm. I have no knowledge of any family connections with DUNCAN, however I have been unable to trace any family members of Mary other than her husband and children, so it is possible that she may be related somehow. George DUNCAN does not appear to have been married, nor have any children. Perhaps John DUNCAN of Cherry Farm was a brother? Would love someone to shed light on this please.
